About the role
BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 in-home care in Decatur and surrounding communities in Indiana.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive care to clients in their homes
- Build and maintain strong, consistent relationships with clients
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols
- Document care provided accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Experience in home health care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Pass a drug screening
- Pass a criminal history check

What You Need
