Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Care

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care to clients in their homes.
• Manage advanced care needs such as tracheostomy and ventilator management.
• Participate in ongoing training and shadowing programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Work flexible hours, including 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift, part-time, or full-time.
• Benefit from around-the-clock clinical support by phone.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current New York State license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Experience in home health care preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for providing compassionate care.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and client needs.

$34/hr starting salary.

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling options available.
