About the role

The Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for delivering compassionate patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting patient and family education.

Responsibilities

• Contributing data for assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
• Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
• Providing direct care such as treatments, medications, and diagnostics
• Evaluating intervention effectiveness and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Mentoring new staff and participating in unit-based decision-making

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (required)
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to meet patient care standards and adhere to policies
• Strong communication, teamwork, and compassionate interaction skills
