Licensed Practical Nurse - Float Pool

This role requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in Colorado, with a high school diploma or GED. The nurse will focus on building strong patient relationships, assessing patient needs, and providing safe, effective care within scope and following physician orders. Key responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, including IV therapy if certifiedmonitoring patient conditions and reporting changessupporting physicians during examinations and procedureseducating patients on preventive health and post-care instructionsmaintaining a safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety policiesrecording detailed patient information and assisting with orientation and training of staffmanaging supplies and demonstrating exemplary service and cultural sensitivity Qualifications include current Colorado LPN license, BLS certification within 3 months,demonstrated customer service skills, and preferred IV therapy certificationexperience with diverse patient populations is a plus.
