About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient-centered care in a busy outpatient primary care setting.
Responsibilities
- Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and documenting care using EPIC electronic health records
- Assisting with procedures, point of care testing, medication, and vaccine administration after training
- Caring for patients across all age groups, from newborns to geriatrics
- Ensuring high-quality nursing care aligned with standards and guidelines
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of nurses, medical assistants, and providers
- Participating in orientation, continuing education, and career advancement opportunities
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Current New York licensure
- Current BLS/CPR certification

Pay
Competitive pay based on experience
Schedule
Monday-Friday schedule with occasional evenings and Saturdays
