About the Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides patient care in a dialysis clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and assisting with operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Utilize supplies and staff labor efficiently.
• Assist with billing logs and document patient treatments and activities.
• Perform blood draws and review medication profiles monthly.
• Report patient condition changes and equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate with healthcare professionals.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and continuing education.

Requirements

• Current LVN/LPN license in the applicable state, maintained in good standing.
• CPR certification required within 90 days.
• Ability to distinguish primary colors and communicate effectively.
• Preferred: dialysis experience and completion of USRC training within 8 weeks.
• Basic computer skills with proficiency in clinical applications within 90 days.
• Ability to organize tasks efficiently, comply with practice standards, and perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
