About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) role involves providing high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease, working within a multidisciplinary team under a Charge Nurse's supervision.
Responsibilities
- Conducting physical assessments
- Making sure patients are safe and their treatments are effective during their time in the treatment area
- Writing down what you do and what happens to the patient
- Administering medications as ordered by doctors to keep patients safe and healthy
- Working with other team members to make sure there is enough help on hand
- Talking about work with other team members at meetings
- Following rules and regulations to keep everyone safe and healthy
Requirements
- A current nursing license in the applicable state
- At least one year of nursing experience
- Preferred experience in dialysis nursing
