Licensed Practical Nurse - Ambulatory Float Staff

Role: Ambulatory Float Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct patient care across various specialty clinics and primary care settings. Responsibilities Assist with patient visits, including procedures, rooming, and immunizations.Support up to 16 practices serving patients from pediatrics to adults.Train and work across multiple practices and locations based on FTE and needs.Collect patient data, communicate observations to RNs and providers, and participate in care planning.Deliver care aligned with patient care plans, policies, and principles of relationship-based care.Contribute to team efforts, mentoring, and quality improvement projects. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or passed LPN boards (with relevant experience if graduation was over two years ago).One year of recent LPN experience preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in computer skills and electronic medical records; team-oriented mindset.Current LPN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification as required by state.Ability to adapt to dynamic clinical environments. Additional Details Full-time, nonexempt position with day shifts, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.Hourly pay range from $25.21 to $36.82.Benefits include medical, dental, vision, savings plans, and retirement options.Work locations include multiple campuses and clinics, with an emphasis on patient-centered care.
