About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide patient care in outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Delivering nursing care through direct contact and phone consultations
- Coordinating with care team members to ensure seamless patient care and active participation
- Assisting physicians with clinical procedures and patient education
- Providing guidance to clerical and medical support staff
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Current NYS license and registration in good standing
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
Skills
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience with pediatrics, allergy, or injection administration
- Additional experience as a Medical Assistant is a plus
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability
