About the role
We are seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care delivery team, providing clinical support in outpatient settings.
Responsibilities
- Providing nursing care via direct and telephone contact following established standards
- Coordinating with care team members to ensure seamless patient care and active patient participation
- Assisting physicians with clinical procedures and patient education
- Supervising clerical and medical assistants
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
- Valid NYS license and registration in good standing
- At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
Preferred Skills
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in pediatrics, allergy, or administering injections
- Additional experience as a Medical Assistant or in relevant practice areas
