About the role
We are seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for adult patients, offering both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes
- Collect, analyze, and document health data and nursing diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification
- At least one year of professional nursing experience
