Responsibilities

• Travel to customers' homes each day, assess their unique needs, and provide professional customer service.
• Inspect plumbing systems, diagnose issues accurately, and perform necessary repairs and general maintenance.
• Price jobs using our flat-rate book, present clear cost estimates, and ensure a seamless payment process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and represent Homestead Comfort’s values.
• Work alongside a supportive team in an environment rooted in reliability, relationships, and honest communication.

Requirements

• Connecticut state plumbing license.
• Strong communication skills and team spirit.
• Ability to solve customers' problems and commitment to making a positive difference every day.

Pay

$40 - $50 per hour (base plus performance incentives).

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
