Licensed Plumber
About the role
Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is a fast-growing company dedicated to trust, integrity, and customer satisfaction. They are now hiring Licensed Service Plumbers at their Bridgeview, Hobart, and Elgin locations.
Responsibilities
- Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day
- Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
- Present professional, customized solutions aligned with customer needs
- Deliver a First-Time Fix approach using proven systems, quality tools, and training
- Provide consistent 5-star customer service
- Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
Requirements
- Illinois Plumbing License required for IL locations (Bridgeview & Elgin)
- Indiana license or registration for Hobart, IN (as required by state law)
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to complete background check and onboarding requirements

On-target earnings up to $150,000+ annually
