About the role

Four Seasons Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is a fast-growing company that values trust, integrity, and customer satisfaction. They are currently hiring Licensed Service Plumbers for their Bridgeview, Hobart, and Elgin locations.

Responsibilities

• Run an average of 4–5 residential service calls per day
• Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential plumbing systems
• Present professional, customized solutions aligned with customer needs
• Deliver a First-Time Fix approach using proven systems, quality tools, and training
• Provide consistent 5-star customer service
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle

Requirements

• Illinois Plumbing License required for IL locations (Bridgeview & Elgin)
• Indiana license or registration for Hobart, IN (as required by state law)
• 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work
• Willingness to complete background check and onboarding requirements

Qualifications

• Plumbing experience required
• Must hold license: Chicago, Illinois, or Indiana
• Willingness to work in the service plumbing industry

• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in plumbing diagnostics and repairs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
