Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections to diagnose residential and small commercial plumbing and drain issues
• Execute effective troubleshooting techniques to identify root causes of plumbing issues
li>Perform timely and accurate repairs to resolve plumbing and drain issues
• Provide comprehensive plumbing services for residential customers
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to explain plumbing concerns and solutions
• Maintain detailed records of services, including before-and-after photos
• Educate customers on best practices for their plumbing systems
• Adhere to company safety protocols and attend required safety training

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of plumbing experience preferred
• Journeyman license required
• Current state-required plumbing certification
• Familiarity with diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing issues
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
