Licensed Plumber
Job Summary
Under general direction, responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of the plumbing infrastructure in a safe, effective, and efficient manner in response to or in support of the customer's needs.
Essential Functions
- Repair to plumbing fixtures through the Hospital & Medical center.
- P.M. assignments on required equipment.
- Maintaining hospital sewer system including drain maintenance.
- Trouble shooting supply water problems and correcting.
- Reading and understanding Hospital Mechanical blueprints.
- Installation of new equipment (fixtures and systems).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- 5 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing infrastructure in a 400,000 sq. ft. commercial, industrial or institutional facility.
- Performing operation, repair, and installation work to the plumbing infrastructure.
