Licensed Play Therapist / Child Therapist (Full-Time)
About The Role
Innsaei Child & Family Therapy is seeking a child-focused therapist with play therapy experience to join our trauma-informed, holistic practice in Orem, Utah. This role is ideal for clinicians who feel called to work deeply with children and families and want to grow within a collaborative, heart-centered clinical environment. We are especially looking for therapists who already have training or meaningful experience in play therapy and are excited to continue developing that specialty.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy for children, teens, and families.
- Use play-based and developmentally appropriate interventions.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Maintain clear and timely documentation.
- Track and support client progress.
- Collaborate with caregivers and support systems.
- Participate in team consultation and meetings.
Qualifications
- Required: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, MFT, or related field.
- Licensed or provisionally licensed in Utah (CMHC, ACMHC, LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT).
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Play therapy experience or training.
- Strongly Preferred: Registered Play Therapist (RPT) or pursuing credential.
- Trauma-informed clinical training.
- Interest in holistic or integrative healing approaches.
