Fully Licensed Therapist Specializing in Play Therapy or Working with Children

About the role

Ellie Mental Health is open and growing in Bellaire, TX. We are seeking motivated therapists who want to make a difference in the community.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement a treatment plan, and document progress according to company policy.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session as required.
• Coordinate services with various professionals and stakeholders.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Complete all necessary requirements to maintain full licensure.

Requirements

• Candidates must be fully licensed in Texas (LMFT, LPC, LICSW, etc.).
• Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficiency in using typical office technology and Electronic Health Record systems.
• Preferred experience with children and families.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.
• Credentialed with insurance panels preferred.

Qualifications

• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Proficient in the use of typical office technology (computers, e-mail, etc.) and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant IO experience a plus!)

• Compensation range: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
