Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Location: 109 Crofton Place, Palmyra, VA 22963. As an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist, you will work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient‑centered focus and approach. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized outpatient orthopedic physical therapy treatment to patients of varying ages and diagnoses.
• Deliver patient‑centered care that focuses on individual goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in mentorship opportunities.
• Maintain autonomy while contributing to a supportive clinic culture.

Requirements

• Current license or pending license as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Pay

Compensation range: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year (base salary). Additional compensation includes bi‑weekly bonuses, CEU reimbursement, and a sign‑on/relocation bonus or student loan repayment option.
