About the Role

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to serve as Clinic Director & Equity Partner in an outpatient clinic. This leadership position involves building and managing a startup clinic, with opportunities to influence location, culture, team development, and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations, team building, and community outreach
• Develop and implement strategies for referral growth
• Partner with support teams in marketing, HR, legal compliance, IT, and billing
• Participate in leadership and clinic management training
• Ensure exceptional patient experiences and culture retention

Requirements

• Physical Therapy license
• Leadership and entrepreneurial mindset
• Experience in outpatient therapy preferred
• Strong communication, team development, and community outreach skills
