This role involves shaping clinic location, culture, team growth, and patient experience, with comprehensive support in marketing, HR, legal compliance, IT, and revenue cycle management.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new clinic, establishing operations and team culture.
• Participate in training on leadership, recruiting, clinic management, community outreach, and culture building.
• Partner with experienced leaders to ensure successful clinic launch and growth.
• Contribute to strategic decisions, including location and team development.
