Clinic Director & Equity Partner position for licensed Physical Therapists in an outpatient setting. You will build and lead a startup clinic, influencing clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while collaborating with experienced leaders to ensure a successful launch.

Pay
$100,000–$120,000 base salary with bonus potential and true equity ownership.
