About the role
We’re seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality 1:1 outpatient care in patients’ homes. This is not traditional home health. Luna is ideal for therapists who value autonomy, work-life balance, and meaningful patient relationships.
Earn $70-$77 per visit in a flexible, mobile outpatient setting near you.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy in patients’ homes
- Document care efficiently via phone call (90% less admin work)
Requirements
- Active, state-specific PT license
- Reliable personal transportation
- Liability insurance
- Current CPR/BLS certification
