About the Role

As an outpatient orthopedic clinician, you will have the opportunity to work with patients varying in age and diagnosis based on each clinic's specialty. Our treatment sessions are individualized, allowing a patient-centered focus and approach. Compensation

$80,000 to $100,000/year (based on location, total experience, CHT certification, etc.)

  • Eligible for bonus up to an additional $31,000 annually ($1,192.31 per paycheck)
  • Welcome bonuses or student loan repayment up to $10,000 for certain opportunities

Requirements

  • License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Eagerness to grow and learn
  • Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard orthopedics (e.g., sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics)
  • Team player mindset
