About the Role

Seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist to provide personalized rehabilitative therapy in a skilled nursing environment. The role involves working directly with residents to improve mobility, strength, and balance, documenting progress, and educating patients and families on therapy goals and home exercises.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored therapy sessions to residents
• Track and document patient progress for care planning
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
• Adhere to healthcare and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Active Colorado Physical Therapist license
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• 1+ year of experience preferred; new graduates welcome
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment

Pay

Competitive pay rate of $45–$48 per hour
