Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant - Home Health PRN

About the role

Therapy Partner Solutions (TPS), a therapist-owned and operated organization since 2016, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a Home Health setting in Cobb County, GA. We are a cohesive, highly reputable team with a mission to care for our patients, each other, and the community. As the provider of home health therapy services for LHC Group, we're part of a strong, multidisciplinary team that brings together physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver collaborative, coordinated, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse and engaging caseload in the home health setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that values shared knowledge and teamwork
• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with the mission to treat each patient as we would want our families and ourselves to be treated

Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) of an accredited physical therapy assistant program
• Active or pending state physical therapist assistant license
• Comfort working independently in the home setting
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Pay

USD $40.00/Hr. – USD $50.00/Hr.
