Licensed Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
- Document pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
- Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
- Be the friendly face that customers trust to solve their problems.
- Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
- Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!

Pay
Competitive base pay of $22.00 per hour, with potential for up to $750 per month in performance bonuses and commission opportunities. Additionally, there is a $1000 sign-on bonus for licensed and currently registered technicians with MDARD (7A and 7F).
Schedule
Full-time position, working on the road.
