About the role
Ellie Mental Health Warrington is seeking therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) to join their team. They prioritize their therapists as much as their clients, offering flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and excellent benefits.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
- Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time status clinicians
- Collaborate with a dynamic team to provide mental health services
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- Cover services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
- Contribute to a thriving team culture
Requirements
- Candidates must have a master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited college or university
- Candidates must have (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
- Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Two years of experience providing mental health treatment in an outpatient setting
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Experience with trauma, family, and couples therapy
- A general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Experience with telehealth systems and approaches

Schedule
Flexible scheduling; 35-hour work week
Pay
- Hourly pay structure PLUS commission on client sessions
- Bonus based on performance
