Responsibilities
- Complete intakes, establish follow-up sessions, conduct assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Prepare and maintain clinical documentation according to company policy
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol
- For full-time status, provide 30 hours of direct service per week
- Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Virginia clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, preferred) or licensed-eligible in Virginia
- Experience providing direct therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Experience in completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Proficient in using Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus)
- Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with multiple insurance panels
- Certified or experienced in specialty treatment modalities such as trauma-informed care, TF-CBT, EMDR, and Veteran culture (preferred)
- Fluent in a language in addition to English (desired)
