About the Role

Ellie Mental Health Warrington is looking for therapists (LPC, LCSW, and LMFT) who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
  • For Full-Time status clinicians, maintain a caseload of a minimum of 27 client visits per week.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of providing mental health services to best meet the needs of the community.
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
  • Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.
  • Contribute to a thriving team culture.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have LMFT, LCSW, or LPC licensure.
  • Required experience with completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment in an outpatient setting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
  • Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base.
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus).
  • Ability to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Providers offering individual and family therapy using a broad range of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based practices.
  • Availability to work afternoons and evenings.
  • Experience with trauma, family, and couples therapy.
  • General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation.
  • Experience with telehealth systems and approaches.

Pay

$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.
