Occupational Therapy Team Leader Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring seamless implementation of procedures and personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering recovery by understanding individual physical, mental, and emotional needs and celebrating patient successes. Responsibilities Assist in daily therapy operations and team management.Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to aid recovery.Build strong relationships with patients and staff. Qualifications & Skills Current state licensure or certification.CPR certification (or obtain within 30 days).Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice.Preferences for active Therapy Clinical Ladder participation or specialized certifications.
