Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations of the long-term care facility.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead, support, and develop department heads and facility staff.
- Maintain high standards of resident care and satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and census growth.
- Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners.
- Monitor quality measures and implement improvements where needed.
- Support staffing strategies, retention efforts, and a positive facility culture.
- Ensure survey readiness and effective execution of plans of correction when necessary.
Qualifications
- Active Nursing Home Administrator license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrator in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, operations, and reimbursement.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care.

Pay
Competitive wages: $150,000 - $175,000 annually, based on experience. Weekly pay!
