Position Summary

The primary purpose of the role is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies, procedures, and current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Administrator organizes, develops, and directs resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident at all times and plans, implements, and achieves the community’s business objectives.

Education / Qualifications

  • Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the state of operation.
  • Knowledge of state guidelines/regulations applicable to the practice.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar supervisory experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.

Compensation

Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 per year.
