Qualifications

• Licence: Must hold a current, active Illinois Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license.
• Experience: 3+ years of proven leadership experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting.
• Skills: Strong financial acumen, deep regulatory knowledge, and excellent team-building skills.
