Care Initiatives is hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) for Northern Mahaska Specialty Care, a 79-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Oskaloosa, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned skilled nursing facility to ensure quality of care and operational excellence.
• Lead and support teams by fostering collaborations, compassion, continuous improvement, and staff development.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to maintain high-quality resident care and positive outcomes.
• Promote a strong culture of service, accountability, and resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid Iowa Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing required, or ability to activate licensure in Iowa.
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing is highly desired.
• Ability to build relationships and lead a team through change with professionalism and empathy.
