Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations.
• Organize, develop, and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident at all times.
• Plan, implement, and achieve the community’s business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the State in which you are operating.
• Must have knowledge of state guidelines/regulations in which you are practicing.
• Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
