Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
The primary purpose of your job is to lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the community in accordance with policies and procedures and current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern the community. As the Administrator, it is your responsibility to organize, develop and direct resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care is maintained for each resident at all times. The Administrator will also plan, implement and achieve the community’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead, direct, and manage the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Organize, develop, and direct resources to maintain high-quality resident care.
- Plan, implement, and achieve the facility’s business objectives.
Requirements
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, with license in good standing, in the state of operation.
- Must have knowledge of state guidelines and regulations.
- Must have 1+ years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
- Must possess intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs.
