Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations

- Lead your team, strengthen systems, and drive exceptional outcomes
Requirements
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Proven success in long-term care leadership
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Ability to motivate teams, build relationships, and foster a positive culture
- Solid experience with financial oversight, operational management, and survey readiness
