We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Administrator to lead the nursing home operations, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while maintaining a resident-centered and community-focused environment.

About the Role

The Nursing Home Administrator oversees Facility Operations, leads and develops staff, ensures regulatory compliance, manages business operations, drives community relations, enhances resident services, and maintains a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements

  • Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement
  • Skilled in marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management
  • Genuine passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities
  • Complies with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and company safety policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care administration
  • Current Administrator license from the applicable state agency
