Requirements
- Holds a current Administrator license from the applicable state agency
- Deep understanding of nursing home regulations and standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, expense control, and revenue enhancement
- Skilled in marketing, special care programs, and ancillary service management
- Genuine passion for serving the elderly and individuals with disabilities
- Complies with the Patient Bill of Rights, Employee Responsibilities, and company safety policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care administration
- Current Administrator license from the applicable state agency
