Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and grow a skilled nursing facility within a family-based healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Providing visionary leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence.
• Managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities, and driving strategic results.
• Developing and retaining talent, fostering staff satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
• Communicating effectively with staff, patients, families, and community stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

• Current LNHA license or willingness to obtain one.
• Minimum of three years' experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in clinical outcomes, staff retention, business development, and financial management.
• Experience with P&L management and familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
