About the role
We are seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead and grow a skilled nursing facility within a family-based healthcare organization.
Responsibilities
- Providing visionary leadership to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and operational excellence.
- Managing financial performance, including P&L responsibilities, and driving strategic results.
- Developing and retaining talent, fostering staff satisfaction, and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Communicating effectively with staff, patients, families, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
- Current LNHA license or willingness to obtain one.
- Minimum of three years' experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
- Proven success in clinical outcomes, staff retention, business development, and financial management.
- Experience with P&L management and familiarity with AI tools is preferred.
