Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator

AVIR Health Group is seeking a resident- and family-focused Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator (LNFA) who is a team builder and excited to lead a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing facility.
• Ensure the facility uses its resources effectively and efficiently to maintain the highest practical well-being of residents.
• Build and lead a high-performing team and culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
• Current State-appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational, and motivational skills.
