About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related
• Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility
• Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License
• Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills
