Licensed Nursing Facility Administrator
About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to oversee the facility in a professional and respectful manner that enables the facility to use its resources effectively and efficiently to attain or maintain the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the facility's operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident and staff satisfaction.
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of the facility.
- Lead and motivate a team of nursing staff to achieve quality outcomes.
- Ensure the facility maintains a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Administration or related.
- Two years’ experience as an Administrator of a long-term care facility.
- Current State appropriate Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Excellent organizational, financial, operational and motivational skills.
