Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs)
Job Summary
As an LNA, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, person-centered resident experience, with responsibilities including:
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and positivity when working with fellow team members and senior residents.
- Take direction from the Nurse Supervisor on delegated workflow related to personal nursing care functions, resident nutrition, resident mobility and incontinence care, etc.
- Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel as well as other work teams to ensure that nursing services can be adequately maintained to meet resident needs.
- Participate in required annual training programs.
Requirements
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent
- Licensure, Registration, and Certification: Active NH LNA license
- Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a senior service setting is preferred
Hours
Our LNA staff work 12-hour shifts. We are flexible and open to candidates combining available shifts to create either a full-time or part-time schedule.
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Monday (2 openings)
- Wednesday (1 opening)
- Thursday (1 opening)
- Friday (1 opening)
- Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Tuesday (2 openings)
Pay
- Base pay starts at $24.00/hour for LNAs.
- Opportunities to maximize earnings through a combination of available day, night, and weekend shifts:
- +$4.00/hour overnight differential (excluding Friday nights)
- +$5.00/hour Friday night differential
- +$4.00/hour weekend differential for all Saturday and Sunday day and night shifts
