As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living
- Support nurses and other members of the care team as needed
- Help residents with transferring, repositioning, walking, and wheelchair mobility
- Assist with meal service, feeding, and documenting food and fluid intake
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Observe residents and promptly report any changes in condition to the nursing team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Follow resident care plans, facility policies, and infection-control procedures
- Document completed care accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Active LNA certification in good standing is required for LNA positions
- Previous PCA, caregiving, home care, or long-term care experience is preferred for PCA positions
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care
- Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and personal care needs
- Long-term care or rehabilitation experience is preferred
