Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Auxiliary residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a safe, respectful environment
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- CPR certification required
- Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team
