Licensed Nurse - Spring Creek Inn

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic LPN/RN to join our Resident Services team at Spring Creek Inn! New nursing grads are welcome to apply! Full-time and part-time opportunity! Earn between $40 and $44/hour, dependent on experience! Multiple shifts available, ALL days, various shifts, NOC and weekend time required.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive resident treatments
• Administer medications and assist with resident care
• Absess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document the nursing process through charting by exception
• Follow standards of nursing conduct and standard practice
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Montana
• Must be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinely
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulations
• Must have ability to gain CPR/First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulations
• Must have ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public

Full-time team members are eligible for all Medical benefits above. Part-time team members are offered Dental and Accident Medical Benefits only.
