What You'll Do Perform non-invasive resident treatmentsPerform medication administration and assistanceAssess resident needs, evaluate responses to care, and document this nursing process through charting by exceptionFollow standards of nursing conduct and standard practicePerform other duties as assigned Qualifications Current registration as Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) or Registered Nurse ( RN ) in the State of IllinoisMust be drug-free and submit to drug screening upon hire and routinelyMust be able to pass a criminal background check upon hire and as required by state regulationsMust have ability to gain CPR/ First-Aid certification as needed in accordance with company policy and applicable state rules and regulationsAbility to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public About Koeslch Communities We are third-generation, family-owned, and operated.
