Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) - PT Eves - Saturday and Tuesday

About the role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will administer medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician, nurse supervisor, charge nurse, or Director of Nursing Services. Duties include:

• Administering medications to residents in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and state requirements
• Refilling and cleaning the stock cart
• Performing other nursing duties as assigned

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will use your nursing and leadership skills to ensure quality care for residents and direct the day-to-day functions of Nursing Assistants. Duties include:

• Meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan shifts’ services, programs, and activities

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN for the appropriate state
• Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is preferred but not required
• Strong computer skills for use of our electronic medical records system
