Licensed Nurse (LPN/RN) PT Days - Fri-Sat

About the role

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for administering medications to residents, refilling and cleaning the stock cart, and providing quality nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing Services.

Responsibilities

• Administering medications to residents as ordered by physicians, supervisors, and other authorized personnel.
• Refilling and cleaning the medication stock cart according to facility and state regulations.
• Administering medications in compliance with established nursing standards, policies, procedures, and practices.
• Other nursing duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed RN or LPN for the appropriate state.
• Experience in a healthcare setting working with the geriatric population is preferred, but not required.
• Strong computer skills for use of electronic medical records systems.
